Hotel Accommodation and Cost

Participants will be housed at the Kellogg Conference Hotel located at Gallaudet University, 800 Florida Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20002. All reservations should be emailed or called in to Carina Campos at (202) 651-6106 or emailed to carina.campos@gallaudet.edu. Email reservation would be greatly appreciated.

The group rate will be $195 per night for each room whether single, double, triple or quad.

Note: The per room cost does not include D.C. taxes which currently are an additional 14.5%. The cutoff date for reservations at these rates is January 25, 2010. Overnight parking is available at a cost of $15 per night. Day parking is free. For additional information, reservations and other hotel related services, please contact the hotel directly.

Delegations and Delegation Fees

Each country delegation consists of up to six delegates.

The fees for delegation registration are as follows:

• First Country Delegation/$500.00
• Second Country Delegation/$400.00

The registration fee covers registration for up to six delegates in one delegation.
