Hotel Accommodation and Cost

Participants will be housed at the Washington Plaza Hotel located at 10 Thomas Circle, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005, 1-800-424-1140, or call (202) 408-6129. (Our Group number is 6596). Please refer to the Model AU when calling.

The group rate will be $185 per night for each room whether single, double, triple or quad.

Note: The per room cost does not include D.C. taxes which currently are an additional 14.5%. The cutoff date for reservations at these rates is January 29, 2008. Parking is available at a cost of $23 per night including tax. For reservations and other hotel related services, please contact the hotel directly.

Delegations and Delegation Fees

Each country delegation consists of up to six delegates.

The fees for delegation registration (currently under review) are as follows:

• First Country Delegation/$500.00
• Second Country Delegation/$400.00

The registration fee covers registration for up to six delegates in one delegation.
